Move-ins & Move-outs >

move-ins & move-outs

The move-in process is handled by our qualified maintenance team, walking through and documenting the condition of the unit with tenants before they move in. Similarly, before move-out we walk-through to ensure tenants have been compliant with the lease and to address issues before they leave. All units are thoroughly cleaned, maintained, and paint is touched up between each tenancy.

As part of our commitment to a comprehensive property management solution, we offer at no additional cost to our Premium+ clients the processing of vendor bills, such as utilities, landscaping, snow removal, etc. on your behalf, saving you the time and hassle of juggling and keeping track of bills every month.

Tenants have a variety of payment options, both online through a dedicated tenant portal, and through traditional checks by mail. Our team carefully monitors tenant payments and handles late rents promptly and consistently.

PLANS & PRICING

We pride ourselves on customer service and flexibility. All clients receive the services outlined above, and have an option of the Core, Core+, and Premium+ plans below. All plans have a base start-up fee of the greater of $500 or $150 per unit and include the following:

Core

Core has a greater of $50/unit or 5% management fee and the following:

Core+

Core+ has a greater of $70/unit or 7% management fee and the following:

Premium+

Premium+ has a greater of $90/unit or 9% management fee and the following (15 unit minimum):
